Your mind needs a workout, too. Let’s talk.

Grooming leaders

ExponentHR focuses on meeting the challenges of payroll, HR and benefits professionals through state-of-the-art technology, account service and support. ExponentHR provides innovative solutions for professionals who must meet the daily challenges of delivering payroll, HR administration and benefits services to their customers. This forward-thinking company uses that same innovative approach when it comes to grooming and developing its own employees.

Through SMU Cox Executive Education, ExponentHR employees can take advantage of an array of professional development courses and custom-designed programs to help them lead with greater focus, vision and skill.

"Programs like the Professional Effectiveness courses are flexible, cost-effective and help us meet the specific needs within multiple departments and management levels in our organization," says Fidel Baca, principal, ExponentHR.

"With the series of half-day and full-day modules, we can tailor programs for each individual and business need. Employees get hands-on training with little disruption to their current schedules and workload, and the best news is that they can come back to work and immediately apply the new learning in their current projects."

Baca says the interpersonal skills gained help attendees learn new approaches in development and problem solving and improve their abilities to learn and work in groups.

"We believe that teaching is the most effective way to learn,so employees that attend ExEd courses come back and present the information to their peers and explain the courses' applications to their current projects and duties," says Baca.
